Named for the 100+ year-old parish at its center, St. Ben's
is a family-oriented neighborhood that offers residential streets and a

haunts. St. Ben's west edge is devoted to city parks. Horner Park is

year, St. Ben's residents pull out all the stops for BenFest, a two-day
