Evanston has been dubbed "Everytown USA" because most of John Hughes
movies in the mid-1980s were filmed here. Evanston, the home of
Northwestern University, no longer feels quiet and sparse, but has
become a mecca of shopping, dining, and entertainment in the suburbs.
Never to fear, the Metra and Purple El line depart regularly for the
